OMGGGGGGG~!!!!!!!!!

this week has been a week of hell.. i finally managed to have my skills assessmetn which was long overdue -___-

it was actually the teacher's fault..coz they printed the wrong announcement for the students..
my skills assessment was actually on 29/5/07 at 10am.. but on the teacher's own schedule.. my name was actually on the 28/5/07..

so yup.. i was replaced to friday 6pm -___- *faints*
yes!! it is today!! well.. u dun even wanna know how grave i felt about today... haha ask debora!! she knows!! lol she says she's haunted by me for the past 3 days... :P yeahh.. i tottaly snapped and 'broke down' and went crazy over the littlest details..

but yeah..enuff of that.. i actually passed my skills!! phew... now one big rock out of my heart and my mind..

but this is a different story for msot of my other frens :(
the reason the whole nursing block is so edgy and jumpy for these past 2 weeks.. is because of a teacher.. and yes.. a term we are really familiar called 'CRUELLA DE' VIL"

cruella cruella.. wat have u done to my friends?!? seriously.. this teacher has anger management issues and have attitude problems.. she will fail students with the slightest of mistakes.. or fail u for no rhyme or reason.. -_-

think i'm too vague? well catch this.. here goes the scenario..

student: "i have to check if is it the correct terumo set"
cruella: "so how do u check that?"
student: "i have to check against the package"
cruella: " the package thrown away already!"
student: " check with the staff nruse that have already primed the set"
cruella: " the staff nurse go home alr.. the staff nurse say she very busy..ask u go check urself"
student: ... *speechless*
cruella: "it's time for u to do some critical thinking!"
student: "...."

result: FAIL!

OMGG.. wat the hell do u call that?? yes.. she's friggin' out of the point and totally NOT qualified to assess students..coz she's totally UNREASONABLE.. plus.. that is not even in the marking criteria..

case scenario 2...

checklist says : students have to observe for '5 rights' (eg. right dose, drug, route, time, patient)

when the checklist says this.. it means that the teacher has to see to it that we PERFORM in this manner.. so it is supposed to go..
eg. 2 tablets of panadol, (right drug and dose)
see patient take orally (right route)
case scenario says OM ( which means on morning..)
and patient.. (we onli have one patient in our skills assessment -.-)

and so..when the students does all this.. SHE STILL FAILED her!!

why?!?? coz she never say - I MUST CHECK FOR '5 RIGHTS'
wthhh...it's already implemented cann... plus she has 2 stupid eyeballs to see..

so wat's the difference when u swab medicine den open syringe versus vice versa??
like wat's the difference when u eat bread first den drink milo.. or drink milo first den eat bread??

there's no friggin' difference lor!! but still can fail bcoz of this kinda stupid reasons..
yes that's cruella... she's MENTAL..

i think all of the students who was assessed by her should draw up a petition and hand it to the director of nursing.. this is just outrageous..

kk.. i shall not talk about it.. peace be with those who suffered.. we SHOULD do something about this..

anyway.. there are 2 other major missions before i can finally start my 'holiday'
that's my bio practical which is on monday..and our presentation which is on tuesday.. i hope this presentation goes WELL..
