okies yup yup..i'm going to blog about yesterday!!! i went out with my parents yesterday..lol mum finally wanted to shop for new year clothes and stuffs..MIRACLE!!!! lol too bad dad forgotten to buy 4d haiz..so we went to wisma..shopped aroudn there..haiz..i saw a top from mango..wanted to buy..but i'm afraid it might be too "ah ma" so didn't buy in the end.. :( sadded.. but nvm..there's still lots more to shop..after that we went to taka..coz mum said there might be more things to shop there..shopped around..and i saw a really nice top from tommy jeans..guess wat?? 72 bucks -__- and the material's like ahem =X i dunno what to say..den it dawned on me that ever since 2005..clothes and stuffs are gradually declining in standard and taste...ARGHH!!! what has to world come to?!? it's so hard to jus find a simple good quality top..now the racks are all stacking and piling up with raggedy-rags..and horrible designs..

i'm so depressed and dissapointed..remember those olden days where we can simply find nice 100% cotton shirts in giordano and U2?? like tank tops for eg..they have now cut down the use of more materials in them..and all the tops are now SO FRIGGIN THIN!!! we can actually see our hands thorugh the cloth!! and worst!! the prices are soooo EXORBITANT!! daylight robbery i'd say..haiz..sooo depressed..mum found a top she liked in DKNY..well..the material is yes..as i said..THIN..and it's such a normal cardigan liked shirt u can even find in night markets..but in DKNY is the brand u pay for..how much u say?? a spanking $269!!

went down to lvl one to shop for shoes..hmm..shoes..yeah..now there are all these alien like shoes popping out of nowhere..and pumps too.. we were browsing through the racks when one actually caught my attention HAHAHAHAHA..it's so damn funny..too bad i didn't have a camera with me..else i would take it..u know the measuring tapes we keep?? lol they actually used it to make it as a flower on a SHOE!!! ARGHH!! wth..and stuck it with a thumbnail -__- plus bonus for this lol..the show is made of rattan XD XD HAHAHAHA wat a stupid design!! omg!! i cant believe they actually manufactured and produced such a horrible shoe!! measuring tapes?!? this is going crazy..LOL..well maybe others may like it =) who knows?? den we walked back to taka to buy me some bedsheets for the new year!! woohoo!! coz i got a new quilt..lol and it has to go with new SHEETS!!! XD XD

...oh yes..the fireworks were BEAUUTIFUL!!! XD XD saw fireworks from 2 places at my house..one from orchard/esplanade and the other from mount faber!! fantastic!!! XD XD *sniffs* i suddenly miss my camera phone :(

okies..so much for yesterday..on to TODAY!! first day of year 2006!!! hmm i heard the bells ringing when the clock struck noon!! XD okies time to wake up from my slumber!! (wahaha yes..i'm a pig) but it's onli because i stayed up late yesterday okie :P chatted with queen on the phone till the wee hours..and she actually fell asleep -__- wth..

both: HAHAHAHAHAH!!

at this moment..my uncle and bro came home with supper from our market..lol and mind you it was 2am in the morning..to think that the market is still open!!! and with long queues..oh yeah..they bought porridge XD XD

me: queen!!! got porridge..*sniffs* my uncle bought for the whole family except me :(
queen: treat it as diet lor..
me: but it smells so nice!! and i'm hungry T-T
queen: haha me too..but i have nothing to eat..

meanwhile, i was talking to my brother about the porridge..and blah blah blah..
when i got back to the phone..

me: how how?!? it's driving me nuts!! i'm so hungry..
queen: ......
me: hello?? queen are u there??
queen: ....
me: .....
me: i'm going to hang up ya know..are u there?? QUEEN!!! XD
queen: .....

okies..so she fell ASLEEP!!! U PIGGY!!! lol so yeah..i hung up and ate porridge!! WAHAHAHA!! sinful sinful~~

so yeah..woke up today and changed my bedsheets!! yay!!! i got new bedsheets!!! XD XD
but lotsa problems came up..like the string that goes with the bolster..we have to actually put it in ourselves..so it took quite some time..den the new SILK QUILT!! my dad helped me sew the opening together..so the cotton thing doesn't fall out so easily..den there was the quilt cover..yeah..so it practically took me about an hour or so to finish MINE..then on to my brothers..ARGHH!!!! oh man!! i hate my brother's room!! it's like sauna! so hot!!! i dunno why too..haiz..bullocks...even the fan doesn't help -__- and yes..i'm still perspiring now..

so yes..here i am blogging about today!! XD XD and it's raning HEAVILY btw =) hmmm rain on the first day!!! woohoo!!! does that symbolise a good year start?? =) well i certainly hope so..water water!! XD XD well then..stay happy people!! ^^v
