RAHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FINALLY i'm able to tell the world about my thunderous week today!! i found time to blog~!! i think this week is the busiest of all the busy days i have been through!! new year's not even here..and i'm already half exhausted..RAHH!! here's what i did for this week..READ. i took pains to write it out.. :)

MONDAY

went ard to all the different supermarkets with mum to buy her stuffs..
tuesday was quite okie..except for the heavy liftings i have to do with the bagfuls of groceries LOL..

TUESDAY

went over to my aunt's house to do some money bags for new year :) (those kinda of money bags on the kfc new year promotions) really had fun doing them..lol onli troublesome thing and tedious thign is to tying up of the bag..using thin strings of leeks :) pro okie..lol i did pretty well..aunt says it's coz i'm more of the patient one xP while my cousin on the other hand..gave up within secs..lol..

since i was so free..i decided to stay over and do the love letters with her too..it's been so long since i have done these egg rolls with mum.. :) wanna do it again hehe..memories~ so i slept over at my cousin's house..hmm luckily i have som clothes at their house wahaha :) super old..no wonder their missing from my wardrobe...

WEDNESDAY

aunt was supposed to come back from work at 2pm..but sadly..the place was in need of workers..so she had to tend the stall..and reached home about 4pm..
so we decided to cancel the egg roll making..*sniffs* T-T i had dinner there..and went home..coz mum needed me to do spring cleaning..

THURSDAY

woke up early in the morning..and slacked..till noon..after that queen called..and sicen we both were hungry..we decided to eat at tiong rajah inn :) nice and cheap steamboat..good okie..if u wanna chit chat over a nice meal..
$6.80 per set XD after that we shopped ard..and went to buy some nail polish..
3 for $10..from mavala..well queen said the brand's not bad..and it's a good buy too..so we each bought 3 colours..walked walked a few steps..saw faceshop..selling mail polish too..ARRGGGGHHHHH!!!! $2.50 per bottle lor!! cheaper can!!! 3 bottles $7.50..and BIGGER BOTTLE SOME MORE!!!

i totally felt like crying..the colours are super nice oso!!! RARRRHHH!!! i wanan buy!!! but no money...decided to come down later. :) such nice colours okie...i felt like buying every colour in that store..SERIOUS.

den i rushed home to start packing the house and my room..swept the floor..mopped and vacuum vacuum vacuum~~!!! super tired already..my house is so damn big...wth la..

den i marched off to battle with the dustmites in my room..
RAHHH DUST DUST DUST!!! omg..my dolls are all collecting dust -.- so what to do...with a pail and a cloth..i wiped them all out..drained from all my energy from all the shifting and moving of furnitures..*pants* x__x

den i changed bedsheets...again..time-consuming!!!!!!!! took me about an houe to finish my bro's and mine..wahh!!! now the rooms are all sparkly clean!!! YIPPEEEE!!! XD the busiest day of the week..

at night, we waited for mum to come home..den we went to killiney road's ntuc to buy more groceries..coz that's the onli branch that opens till 12am..and mum leaves work at 11..poor mum..must be exhausted.. so yeah..i didn't manage to buy the polishes..oh well..maybe tomolo i guess..

bought lotsa things..asked bro to coem down and helped bring them up..
went to sleepp..ZZZZZZZZZZ knock out man...so tired...

FRIDAY

today's schedule was oso a busy one :

1. go wet market
2.go pray grandparents
3. do ngoh hiangs.
4. more spring cleaning
5. reunion dinner with mum's family..

woke up at 7.30am and went to the wet market with mum..WAHHHH!!! really fish market sia!! was so sleepy i jus followed her everywhere she went :) den we stopped at the vegggies stall..one auntie infront was so UNCIVILISED!!! the thign is..the veggies are already bundled nicely by the stall owners..and all u have to do is pick them up..but the auntie took one bundle..and took another bundle, halved the bundle, and stuffed THAT other half into her own bundle!! omg!! so ugly!!! yucks man!! she's jus so horrible!! EVILLL~~ pls la..the veggie is onli $3 can!!! u cant afford it meh!!! imagine what if another poor customer chose the bundle she already halved la!! den the space was already ULTRA SMALL and she kept pushing ppl ard!! until one auntie nearly fell down..UNCIVILISED!!!!!! felt liek slapping her man!! and kept protecting her basket.. -.- AS IF PPL WILL STEAL HER ONE!! grow up la!!! tsskk old ppl -.-

i was so digusted by her behaviour..i perked up from my stupor..
more knocking and banging ard..and off we went hme..with really HUGE BAGS of groceries..lol mum's getting so many groceries it's coz she needs to cook for 2 families la..that's why =) so yeah..cny is kinda bad for the adults..and happy for the childrens..haiz..ughhhh~~ omg..imagine carrying the weight of 2 rice bags on each of ur hands...super heavy!! luckily i stay near the wet market..can die...

went back..rested for a while..dressed up and went to pray pray..jus den..mum's colleague called and said the duty roster was planned wrongly..and their short of one worker today...oh man..how bad a day can this be?!?! so since mum planned the roster..she had no chioce but to go back to work...she was super sad and angry..coz she left so many things to do at home...haiz...and it was supposed to be her off day!!! :(

so yeah..we went to the temple without mum..prayed and went home..after that..i helped mum dice all the ingredients needed for the ngoh hiangs - water chestnuts, leeks, shallot onions and mushooms :)

lol yes..AGAIN CAN DIE!!! the chestnuts took me about hour an a half before i can finsih them!! i started at four and finished at ard 5.30!! *faints* lol and at one point..i was holding the knife at the exact same position..and i got cramps!! HAHAHAHAHA shocked la!! omg!! i freaked out..coz i wanted to go to the toilet..but my hand was like stiff on the knife O_O! but it loosen not long after...and my fingers trembled..lol so hard to cut.PLUS..i'm dicing it with manicures on okie...poor me..seems like queen was wrong for worrying that she might have to do hands-on with her manicure..lol turned out it was me doing more hands-on hahahaha :) and i tot i didn't have a problem -.-

was really happy after i finished the chestnuts..den i realised i still ahve onions leeks and mushrooms -.- TORTURE!!! well i managed to finish all of them except the onions xP

rushed to the restaurant for reunion dinner with my relatives..ahhhh~~ finally can relax my fingers..and my feet ached from all that standing in the kitchen for 3 whole hours.. -.-

so yeah...that's all for today..i jus finsihed the ngoh hiangs with my mum :) that means..I FINALLY HAVE A BREAK TOMOLO~!!!!!! yay!!! i can sleep all day in bed man!! XD XD

so yes ppl..new year is not all happy happy play play okie..it's hard on the adults..having to prepare all the foods and stuffs..i finally know why they get so tired after new year.. spend money on food..and money on red packets..and money on transport...money money money...i seem to be freaking out about monmey these days..and have been using lesser and lesser of my pocket money -.- wat's happening??

oh oh!! and i painted my toe nails too..today..BLUDEH HELL!!!!!! the nail polishes i bought was all NOT NICE LA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the colours sucked!!! too pale..make me look like drug addict!! and the purple is like watercolour can!!!!!!! i wasted my $10 bucks on my first nail colours la!!!! and they dont BLEND! really dissapointed and pissed off.. RAHHHH...luckily i went to buy the nail polish i liked from faceshop...at least one of the colour is not bad :)
stupid la..onli 1 out of 5 colours i bought looks ncie on me...KILL ME PLS..

and yes.. i worked like a DOG.. LOL exhausting weeks..
