yes.. i jus came back from my shopping with sherilyn!! wahhahaha
and yup!! i got an interesting story to tell u guys today!!! XD read on...

met sherilyn at somerset station..and off we went to shop for her friend's bday present..i too was oso hunting down some presents for my frog person XD hehehe...

went to heerens..shopped around..realised that some shops were missing already..wow..i didn't really know until i shopped around for them lol..

after that we went to paragon..i bought my favourite orange flavour chocolate from marks and spencers..yay!!! =) munch munch away..well i onli had one LOL.. shopped around but still no avail..we didn't know what to buy for her friend..crapped alot on the way to tangs..i saw this really neat bag from elle..I WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it's so ex...costs like $150 bucks..*sniffs* but it's really really REALLY nice...haha fat hope gin..ur not gonna get it! T-T

after that we headed to far east with our hungry stomachs and aching feet..since we were quite hungry..we decided to have dinner at the western restaurant..wahh!!! i missed the fish n chips!!! XD XD wahahaha..sherilyn treat me to drinks! so nice!! XD den we shopped for more...but she deicded to buy the present from heerens..so we walked back to heerens...had a really hard time trying to find the shop hahaha..coz we were sooo tired and our minds cant really work..well mine especially..jus then..we realised that the shop was at the second floor..we were at third lvl..ahhh no wonder...that was a pretty big shop too..LOL..bummer us both..walked sherilyn to the zebra crossing at somerset and we bade goodbye.. XD XD really nice going out today ^^v

yes yes..hard to find the present thou T-T *sniffs* there were so many last time..and now when i need to buy..it's all gone...

after that..i went to my mum's shop..ahh..finally a place to rest my aching feet..the shop was soo quiet..but that the VERY last minute..stupid customers came flooding in..IMAGINE!!! eight of them to be exact!!..yes yes..typical singaporeans..onli go into shops that already has lotsa ppl..jus coz they wanna get into the crowd..wth...

took quite a long time before the customers all went out..den mum's colleague was already closing the shutters when suddenly one customer rushed into the shop..DAMN!! we are closing!! HEELLLOO?!!? cant u see the shutters??! nvm..his tag heuer watch was flat..so he asked uncle adrian to change the battery..IN A RUDE WAY OF COURSE! this is how it goes:

Rude Customer : My watch flat..
Rude Customer: my tag heuer is flat..i need to change the battery.
Uncle adrian: okie sir, do u swim with ur watch?
Rude customer: *sniggers* ha! noo..i dont think i swim with my watch.
Uncle adrian: okie.. because we will not hold any responsibility if the watch has any water-trapment during or after the change of the battery.
Rude customer: i didn't say i want to change water-proofing..all i want is to change the battery!! cant u do that?!
uncle adrian: yes..but i'm jus telling u that it's our responsibility to inform the customer that we are not responsible for any damage of the watch..
R.C : i didn't ask for water-proofing!! i jus want to change the battery..i dont need to hear the excplanations whatsoever okie?? i jus want to change the battery. FULL STOP.do u want to change or not?? if not u can give me back.

R.C: i dont buy my watch here anyway..i think i should write to tag heuer.

now..my mum steps in..coz the customer's being unreasonable..Bloody idiot right?!?! cant jsu answer the question and keep quiet..come on..it's jus like ordering a meal at macdonald's right?? u ask for a meal..the cashier asks if u want take away or eating here.. IT"S NORMAL PROCEDURE TO TELL THE CUSTOMER!! am i right!?!? lol he's jus pea brain to not understand such a simple question..

mum: excuse me sir, but my colleague is jus telling u that it's our duty to inform the customer that we will not bear responsibility if there's any damaged caused. it's jus to prevent any encounter if the customer accuses us of damaging the watch..
R.C : yeah..u dont need to tell me all this cock and bull story!!! i jus want my watch changed..u want to do it or not!?!? if u dont..u can give the watch back..
R.C: the government is trying to promote good service..and here i dont think i see any good services..i dont need this kind of attitude okie??
mum: yes i agree, the govt is trying to promote good service, but that the same time..the customer must oso receive the message in a POSITIVE way..if the customer thinks of it in a different way..den the business wouldn't be able to work out..
Mum: on the other hand, if anything happens, it takes 2 hands to clap...
R.C: ..... anyway i dont wish to continue this conversation okie? and jus gimme my watch back..i dont need this shop to make my money..
Mum: *overlapping assertively* yes! i think we should stop here.Adrian!! give his watch back.
