wants and needs :)

OooOoOo.. da big day is coming.. still not very into it though.. maybe when the day gets closer den i will feel it haha.. sometimes things works this way i guess :)

still planning on where to bring my pals for dinner.. :( cant decide where..
and worse of all, no new wardrobe.. oops! :X been thinking about it the whole year.. maybe just wear something i haven wear before lol.. mum and dad is coming back from hk tml.. hope and pray they can save my wardrobe with something nice!! ^^v

as for wishlist.. dont think there's anything i need :( or i cant really think of any necessary stuffs.
i dont wanna wish for something that i dont really need coz it kinda sounds like greed to me :(
but i have came up with one or two :)

1. anti-aging facial tx set (or any other youth retaining tx!)
2. mp3/DS? hehe (most probably will get mp3 on my own..still researching)
3. the TUNIC!!! T^T

guess that's all i can come up with.. anyway.. no presents also happy.. coz get to spend time with friends..

oh yes..and bro has been asking me to get a long top from espirit lol.. haizz.. as much as i want it too.. i'm running low on cash :P

and also been a bit anxious since yesterday coz i fixed up my new savings acct, transferred the money.. but the balance still hasn't changed!!

WHERE DID MY MONEY GO?!?!! PANIC MODE ALREADY LEI!! dont tell me.. even i-banking also off on weekends?!?! i doubled check and triple checked.. the acct no. is correct.. but the amt i transferred still doesn't pop up man!!! :( :( :(

feast for the eyes :)

wahaha.. i felt like i just went window shopping :D :D bought tons of items in my mind..
today's entry gonna be visual!! :)

been really busy this week!! hehe.. still trying to enjoy the very last bits of my holiday before the real deal slams in my face :)

couldn't sleep AT ALL during the night.. stayed awake till 5am and eventually fell asleep.. woke up at 8 -.- i really need to adjust my body clock fast.. hehe

anyways.. was browsing through stuff when i came across this cute little dress!!!!! :)
by designer Peter Jensen and his logo tee.. Rabbit dress.. the bunny ears serves as a halter! KAWAIII~ XD XD

i have also been searching high and low for a ring these days.. dunno why i suddenly got a habit of looking at rings recently :) i'm hoping to buy a nice one.. wish me luck on my quest..

since i couldn't find any.. i decided to find solace by looking at my favourite-est est est ring of all.. fell in love with it years ago.. still loving it.. and wanting it *drools*

wouldn't it be great if this was my wedding ring..? WAHAHAHA...

vivienne westwood's armor ring~!!! ARGGHHHHH~!! glad i could find comfort by looking at it :)

and also my second favourite!! knuckle ring!! :D :D looks like a knight's helmet to me :)

New hairdo!!

yipppee~!!!!! so happened that mum got me a slot at uncle's salon yesterday~!! :)
rushed down immediately to get my hair done!! muahaha~

been wanting to perm it since feb.. but no time due to work..
cant believe i got round to getting it done!! *happiness*

alrights.. time to head down to aunt's place :)

tummy has been acting up again recently.. or rather worse than before T-T
went to the doctor yesterday.. prescribe some puny medcine that costs $43!!
haiz.. no effect some more.. dunno if it's ulcer in the stomach :( hate the feeling of waking up in the morning and my tummy feels all 'acidy' and 'scrunched up'

hope it gets better :(

i'm back from holiday about a week ago!! :)
had some really fun time with vivien and gang haha :D especially the kayaking adventure!! ^^v

haha.. i have a TAN LINE NOW!!!! but i hate it -.- the colour stinks.. LOL

OH YES!! i also have another interesting story to share too!! ^^v quite a scary ordeal though :P so.. stay around if u wish to read about it..

headed to kuching via plane on the first day!! :) :) lol.. saw how fast vivien teared when the plane was on its way up.. hehehehe.. she seems to be very afraid of the "drop" feeling.. even in bubble lifts too :P luckily i have long honed that fear when i went to australia years ago :P jia you vivien.. i'm sure u will grow out of it soon :)

we arrvied at kuching and went straight to the city center in search of our guesthouse :)
went for a stroll along along the waterfront after we unloaded our lugguages :) den explored around the place a little :) managed to book ourselves a cultural village tour and a city tour at the guesthouse. vivien, her sis (violet) and deb went to the village.. while cheryl and i went to city tour :)

well.. i didn't went to the village tour coz from past experiences, village tours are kinda mock-ups of the real villages where they have dancers or the actors themselves staying over at the site..

well.. will only post the kayak trip today.. shall post the city area once deb sends the pics over :) here are the pictures!! :) on the second day.. we woke up real early to prepare oursleves for the kayak trip :) met our guides ivy and jackson.. den they drove us up to the river :)

they drove us to the ending point to load up the kayaks on the car.. den headed down to the starting point. we stopped by in the middle of the journey to have a look at some pitcher plants!!!

of course, not to forget some basic training and safety instructions first :)

kayaked quite a few hours into the river.. and saw really nice rock formations, trees, and nearby villages.. also had some insight about floods in the region etc, etc.. the flood were even over the canopies of the taller trees in the past!!

had some fun with water fight too wahaha..got splashed left.right center -.-

den after that.. our guides took us to a waterfall!!!! WOOHOOOO~!!!!! we had to leave the kayaks and set on foot about a few metres away from the riverbanks in order to head to the waterfall.. had a little trouble getting to the watefall..coz the rocks were really slippery.. :) vivien fell on her bottom lol.. and i was the slowest.. coz i really didn't wanna injure myself.. so i took my time.. besides.. i dont think i can afford another injury to my back again :) but yeah!!! we reached!!! ^^v

had our lunch at a nearby riverbank.. our guides brought us authentic sarawak KOLO MEE~!!! yummy~!!! :) :) yup.. the kolo mee here is a farcry from the ones in sg!! the sg's ones are fake!! lol.. sarawak is the original birthplace of kolomee :) had fruits and cake too :)

and here is where some of us are also bitten by sandflies!! haiz.. they are such a nuisance -.-
and poor cheryl had 100+ over bites PER LEG. yes, i;m not kidding.. lol 100+ per leg.. we know coz we counted them when we were on our way back to sg.. hahahaha..

mine was mild.. lucky me.. coz i kept moving my legs while i was eating.. hehe can train ab mucsles also!! :P and the reason why cheryl had so many?? :P haiz.. what to do when u have beautiful long legs :P MUST FLAUNT!!! woot~!! *weet-u-weet*

alrights!!! basically that was our kayak adventure!! :) all the pics are taken by our guide ivy :) hehe.. and they even burn a free copy of cd for yours to keep!!! ^^v

we had the best guides ever :) they were so thoughtful in their service.. thinking of all the small details to bring along and stuff :) water, caps, insect repellent etc etc.. u name it.. they have it :) therefore dont worry if u forgot to bring along yours!! :)
so guys!! if u have friends who are going to kuching for a holiday.. dont hesitate to join this kayak adventure!! ^^V :)

OH YES!!! about the story i promised!!! haha.. well.. cheryl, vivien and i were the ones taking the train back to sg from kl :) and u wouldn't believe what happened!

ahem *clears throat*

it all happened in Kluang station when the engine had some faults... so the train captains told us to head off to grab a quick bite.. therefore, vivien and i headed down to buy dinner :) it was about 7.30pm den :) but halfway up queuing at the stall.. most of the passengers were running back to the train without collecting their food.. they also feared that the train would leave without them..
bcoz the stall was at the back of the train station.. the partition kinda blocked of the sight of the train... therefore many ppl had to go back to double check..

fearing the same thing.. vivien and i decided to quickly buy some otahs and snacks and headed back to the train.. we finished up the otahs.. but cheryl was still hugnry.. so i suggested maybe she wanted to head down to buy some mroe food.. since the train wasn't going to be ready any moment.. so as precaution.. i told them to check with the captain when the train was going to leave..

so this time.. vivien went down with cheryl..

and they never came back T-T
ARGHHHH~!!!!!! i was stuck alone on the train!!! with all the lugguages!!! plus.. cheryl's passport was with me coz she left her bag with me... omg.. i told myself to calm down and think of how to get back into contact with them...borrowed phone from the girl who was sitting beside us.. and also reported the incident to the captain..

had to walk alllll the way to the back of the train to speak to them.. explained the situation..
so they told me to wait for them at jb station for the next train since cheryl's passport was with me.. i headed back to my seat and looked out for the jb station..

although the wait was about 2 hours or so.. it seemed like AGES!!! soon enough.. the train came.. and i was so relieved to see them waving back frantically at me on the train lol..
we were reunited!!!! lol.. den we recounted the incident with both of our versions.. :P

it was a real scary thing.. but luckily we were safe.. and the irony of it was that.. cheryl had told us that she dreamt that we missed the train that morning.. and we told her that "dreams are always the opposite of reality" LOL.. guess not this time :P

well.. i guess that's all for now..it's been a long post!! ^^V

australia - perth

came back from australia last week.. :)
went there to visit my aunt (godma) together with some of her friends..

spent the first day in her house after we arrvied in australia..
the second day, shopped around int he city..went to the chinese cultural center with her for a CNY dinner :)
lotsa 'tai-tais' there..
and there was a line-dancing, ballroom dancing event.. spent a few hours watching the people there dance :) the food was not bad :)

on the third day, godma rented a car and off we went to Albany :D
planned to visit her friend Elsa in boddington.. :)

got a li lost.. so we stopped by a farm to ask for directions.. and it happened that their sheepdog was SO HUGE!! O___O was quite happy to see strangers at the front porch haha.. :) jumping and running around.. gosh looks larger than a lamb :P

finally found the house.. and ate out lunch there :) the old couple have planted fruit trees in their back garden!! lemons, prunes, pears, apples, mulberries, grapes etc, etc.. :) lol.. the aunties had fun picking them.. but i guessed they picked quite alot.. :P a bit too much i would say -.-

den after that we continued our travel up to Albany :) arrived at godma's friend's daughter home :) just few miles away from Albany :) we were gonna stay over at her house for 2 days :)
i fell in love with the place here!! love her house.. so much like a chalet!! except it's a lot more cosy :) altohugh it's summer.. it's really cold here.. hehe love the cooling breeze.. and mind you.. they have 57 acres of land O__O :) one football field is not even 1 acre haha.. so i shall let u guys do the math.

went up to Albany the next day :) ent to elephant rocks, green pool, the Gap.. went to the edge of antartica too :P

had dinner back at the house :) auntie pauline cooked up quite a few dishes!! hainanese chicken rice!! :D haha.. the good thing about going on trips with aunties is that.. they are very good at housekeeping.. and excellent chefs too!! :P all the dishes were done up within 30mins :)

of course.. the down side is that.. they tend to be a lil naggy :P wahaha.. i didn;t help much.. except washing the dishes and laying out the tableware :)

on the second night, the neighbour from the opposite farm came over :) well.. of course they didn;t expect there would be guests in the house.. haha.. they brought over red wine and their sheepdogs along :) chatted over dinner.. i was mainly in the room talking to the other 2 aunties.. hehe.. didn't join the table.. coz it was were 'adult' talks.. -.-

the next morning we were on our journey back to perth.. den we headed down to another of godma's friend's house for dinner.. was kinda decided suddenly.. coz she meant to pick her up from the college (she's a lecturer there) and send her home.. but she invited us over to her house for dinner anyway :) and wala~!! while godma and i went to get stuff for desserts at the nearby supermart, they whipped up a few dishes! :)

all these are from her garden!! except for the roast pork and roast duck :P

went down to Fremantle on the last day to do some shopping..this time we went down alone coz godma wanted to go for her line dacing at the center :) so we all took a train down.. was held up for an hour or so in the train coz the train in front broke down.. :(

but nevertheless, we reached our destination..

got lost on the way back.. coz we didn;t know which bus stop to alight.. and ended up at a bus terminal.. lol called up godma to pick us up.. and we found Abby in the car!! :) she went to pick up her dog from a friend's house :)

haha.. Abby was given to godma by Elsa :)

been busy for the past week..
went out with poly friends, celebrated queen's b'day with amos at sushi tei.. and went out with yewhao for a movie ytd!! ^^v

ate lunch at shin kushin.. his treat!! haha.. thanks for the wonderful lunch!! :)
